大作文：The world of work is changing so fast that employees cannot depend on having the same job or working conditions. what are the possible causes for the rapid change, and what suggestions could be given for preparing people?

1.简要评价：

本次考试Task1是静态柱图，属于考频仅次于动态柱图的主流题型，难度不。图中表明了英国范围内6个年龄段的人在不同的体育运动的参与比例。可以参考朗阁《高分范文》第八版61页的图表和范文。

Task 2 Report题型，工作类话题，难度不大。

Task 1：

静态图关注各分组信息的对比关系。

注意点：1.注意时态；2.注意同义替换；3.写作时注意大小比较、占比重、倍数等表达形式。

相关表达：

1. 排序： A is the leading…/ B comes next with…/ followed by C, with… people doing…

2. 倍数：there were 2 times of people participating in A than on B

the percentage of A doubles that of B.

3. 占比：account for/ represent/ comprise…

Task 2: 工作类

题型：Report报告类

题目翻译：职场瞬息万变，劳动者不能再依赖同种工作技能或工作环境。造成这种转变的原因？建议？

题目解析：

此题考察职场工作的转变，属于社会生活热点话题。

思路提示：

原因1：科技的进步(advance of technology)，比如人工智能普及(the introduction of artificial intelligence; the extensive use of automatic equipment,e.g. automatic assembly lines),很多工作岗位被淘汰了(force people to be out of their jobs)

原因2：经济增长减缓(the economic growth has slowed down), 公司企业之间、工作岗位之间竞争压力大(more fierce competition among corperations and among employees)，某些岗位的人他们自身很容易被其他人取代（replace by others）,所以他们也会寻找更多的工作机会(seek more job opportunities in various fields)

 

建议: 要改变就业观念(change one's mind)，没有永久稳定的工作。建议：首先选择发展前景好的职业(choose a career that has a long-term prospect)；同时参加培训(attend trainings), 获取知识(gain new knowledge)，提升自己的竞争力(gain comparative advantages over peers)

考试预测

1.小作文：重点关注动态图（柱图、饼图）、静态图（柱图、表格为次重点，适当关注流程图）。

2.大作文：媒体广告类、科技影响类、社会热点话题类仍然是关注的重点，同时政府决策类是次重点。
