大作文:The leaders or directors of organizations are often older people. But some people say that young people can also be a leader. What do you think?

1. 本次考试难度较为容易。

2. 整体分析： Task 1= dynamic bar; Task 2=20120331

3. task1: 动态柱图，讲述的是不同人群使用因特网的百分比随着时间(2003-2006)变化。考生在写作时要注意横向和纵向的比较的结合。

4. task2： 虽然问的是what do you think，其实与平时所讲的Discuss both ideas and give your own并无相异之处。笔者就中立态度给出论点。

老年人做director的好处：富有经验，知识广博Having experienced and endured all the hardships of life，well-knowledged; 懂得珍惜，更加理智reminiscent-inclined, more sensible to cherish, easily contented, bear hard work, more reasonable;有丰富的人生观和价值观(abundant philosophy , social values and outlook on life); 社会责任感强(strong sense of social responsibility)

缺陷：

年轻人做leader的好处：有活力的, 精力充沛,可塑性强(dynamic，energetic，moldable) 富于创新、勇于挑战(innovative，challengeable); 善于学习和接受新事物、新想法(be adept in learning and adopting up-to-date objects and notions.);独立性强，有幽默感和灵活性，有上进心(independent, with sense of humour, flexible, striving);接受了更好的教育，有竞争意识和合作意识( better cultivated, with competitive and cooperative spirit)缺陷

考试预测

1. 小作文：动态数据的分析和表达很重要。柱表线是高频考点。

预警题型：图形描述类(flow chart& map)

2. 大作文：关注多关注年轻群体，如教育、科技如何改变其生活，社会政府的决策如何引导人群。

3. 重点浏览10-13年写作机经。
